This sacred ritual, which connects us to universal love and truth, was originally performed by Olmec shamans, with a long tradition among the Mayans, Incas and Aztecs. ZThe aim is to gain clarity and to find your own center and inner peace. Cocoa can dissolve blockages. Deep emotions can surface.
